I bet that if you raise the awareness about this issue in the right places, you'll see many more reports following. On the contrary, it can and problem is an issue for all the users, for some it's probably a bit issue, but I am pretty sure it doesn't get reported often because they aren't aware the cause is lastpass, otherwise you'd see that the board gets flooded with reports about this issue as well. You gotta remember one thing - the other reported issues, like the one you mentioned, can be easily and immediately identified by any user (mostly novices) as a lastpass bug, while it took me (and I am a programmer with 15 years of experience) several days to debug this critical issue and figure out what's causing it, trace it to lastpass and even here it took some days to explain 3rd level support how to identify it, so the fact that there aren't many people reporting it doesn't mean that there aren't many people affected by it or that it's not a big practical issue for most users. I completely understand what you are saying and agree with most of the things, but while there is no flood of reports of the issue, there are at least several reports. Please fix this issue, it has been reported several times on your forums and on the web: I downgraded to version 3.2.41 and do not have any problem anymore, but I really prefer the latest version. The reason is your onloadwff.js that is running a loop through all the input fields on a page, so if a page has many input fields the page may hang for a very long time or crash completely when lastpass 4+ is logged in. Version 4+ of lastpass is slowing down chrome browser very badly. Click the ADD POLICY button and then select the Require use of Duo Security policy from the 'Multifactor' section of the drop-down list. In the LastPass administrator console, click Settings on the left, then click Policies. I used the latest LastPass version on the latest Chrome and windows 10 April 2018 update (but verified this performance issue on multiple other platforms running Chrome). Once logged in to LastPass click Admin Console in the left navigation pane. Is that the kind of support you provide for your software? Thank you for reporting this issue."."Įver since then, I have not heard anything, there is no fix and nobody responds to my ticket anymore. We will forward this to our development team for their investigation. The testings are done and we're able to see the same issue. The ticket has been escalated to Level 3 support (ChrisN) who tried to verify the issue and after I provided all the details and a proof (screencast) showing how it can be easily reproduced, he then wrote:
